In conversation with ... Psychotherapist, writer and public speaker (and more besides!), Dawn Estefan. Dawn, who was raised in the Caribbean, comes from a long line of Curandera - female folk healers - which she herself became after suddenly leaving her former equally successful life in the entertainment industry in her early 40s. We talk about living with her faith and a challenging health condition and how she manages this and her menopause symptoms, having entered premature menopause at 30 years old. This is part 1 of 2 episodes. Links: www.dawnestefan,com and @dawn_estefan_psyche Come with me to Barbados in May 2023 for The Joy Retreat for Black menopausal women.
